To work in a team, even outstanding hard skills are not enough. It is important that a person knows how to work in a team and negotiate.


Red flags in employee behavior:

Believes that only he is capable of handling a specific job, although there are other people on the team with similar skills.
Doesn't ask for help when needed and doesn't like to help others.
Doesn't share knowledge, experience, ideas. And if he has to overseas data do this, he is greedy and tries to hide information that is useful to others.
Doesn't care about the feelings of others. May indulge in cynical remarks, unconstructive criticism, ignoring, or other undesirable behavior.
Doesn't like to share victories and defeats with the team. Only worries about the part of the work that he does with his own hands.
Ignores phone calls, even if they are really business-related. Tries not to "show off" at meetings or to do his own thing during them.
Behaves passively when it is necessary to show initiative and participate in brainstorming.
Doesn't engage in dialogue well in conflict situations. Insists on his own until the very end, ignoring the reasonable arguments of his colleagues.
Prefers to plan his own work time, without taking into account that his schedule may disrupt the overall process and cause discomfort to other employees.

Ignores team and company rules. Openly or indirectly opposes corporate culture.
Teamwork is a continuous dialogue in which each participant respects and hears the others. A person who ignores this basic condition will sooner or later create serious problems.
