In its recent update to the Security Code, a Management Practice was added to emphasize investor database Crisis Management Planning. CHEMTREC was a key partner in the development of this practice, using its knowledge and experience to help clients assess their current assets, identify potential gaps, create and update plans, and provide training and exercises across organizations. The updated Crisis Management Practice is scheduled to be implemented in
CHEMTREC is pleased to support this initiative with the release of our Crisis and Emergency Management Guide for the Chemical Sector. This document, developed by our Crisis Response Team, is designed to support organizations that are members of the CCT and Responsible Care® Partners in implementing their management practices. The document also provides step-by-step guidance for those seeking to implement a new crisis and emergency management program, or for those seeking to review their current program.
