Responsibility and trust

Post by arzina566 »

What does this mean for organizations?
In 2011 I concluded my article with a few points about the impact on organizations. Among other things, this was about how to link different systems such as ERP and CRM applications and file servers. And about ensuring that employees can search across these various systems ( meta search ). In which identification and classification (metadata) of all this data is crucial. Many organizations have taken steps on these points… but there is still a lot to be desired.

In those ten years, other aspects that may have already been present have also come to light. The past few months have shown that people can handle the responsibility of remote working just fine. Organizations can generally trust that employees will just do their job, even if it is out of sight of the manager.

But the past few months have also shown that old cambodia telegram data ways of working — in the office from meeting to meeting, and now from video conference to video conference — are exhausting. And it turns out that commitment to the organization and the sustainability of the corporate culture can suffer from distance.

In the coming years, I hope and expect that, in addition to growing attention for (even) better digital resources — after all, that is also my field of expertise: intranet, the digital workplace, and digital employee experience (#DEX) — organizations will continue to grow in areas such as trust in people, attention to personal well-being and improvement of digital skills.

How do you view digital (co)working in 2020? Has it changed from what you might have thought a few years ago? What are your expectations for the near future? I am curious about your response.
