Towards the Future: Developing LLM-Enabled Conversational Apps
Now let's think about the future, taking inspiration from today's experiences.
We found that providing logic to a block gives the conversation developer more power to create their own flows. What happened when we integrated chatGPT into the flow? Right away, we discovered an incredible benefit for no-code development. Initially, ChatGPT was integrated to create quick, generative responses for end users. But suddenly our customers started using ChatGPT to parse a user’s sentence and make decisions based on their responses. With a chatGPT block, you can simply ask “Tell me if this sentence is about an urgent task.” ChatGPT replies. And you can branch your flow accordingly. And voilà, we went from the initial supernode to the AI node, capable of parsing a sentence and moving to the next block accordingly.
