Setting up your HubSpot account
After you've registered with HubSpot, the next step is to set up your account and amazon data migrate any existing databases to HubSpot. To ensure your HubSpot account is set up as efficiently as possible, we need to prepare a few things first. This includes sharing information about your market position, sales processes, and potential marketing activities, as well as defining the group of people who will be using HubSpot, as well as defining your goals for what you want to achieve with HubSpot.
Once we've completed the preparation, nothing stands in the way of the actual onboarding. The onboarding process is divided into five steps:
Setup. The first and most essential step of onboarding is setting up the HubSpot account. This includes the initial data import from existing databases, entering company and customer information, setting up double opt-in processes, creating clusters, and initial campaign configuration.
Contact migration and segmentation. Contacts can be added and managed in HubSpot. This is important because it makes it easier for you to connect with leads and potential or existing customers, as well as see who you're already in contact with. If you have existing contact databases, we'll migrate them to HubSpot and segment them—that is, divide them according to specific criteria to enable more targeted customer communication.
Lead scoring. After contact migration and segmentation, it's important to prioritize your contacts. To do this, we create a lead scoring system that allows you to qualitatively evaluate your business contacts and potential customers. This way, you can see which leads currently have the highest chances of success.
HubSpot Hub Setup. Once your CRM system is fully configured in HubSpot, we'll also take care of the setup and onboarding of the individual HubSpot Hubs, provided they're included in your HubSpot package. This includes the Marketing Hub , the Sales Hub , and the Service Hub .
Integrating your website. The final and perhaps most important step of your HubSpot onboarding is integrating your existing website into your HubSpot account.
