It's been almost a year since we started the Enfactory blog .
A year prior to that, I wrote a blog called " 10 IT Services to Support
a New Way of Working: Parallel Careers! (Part 1) " and today I would like to bring you the second part of that article.
Ahhhh ↑ (a recent buzzword in the office),
it's true, as you get older , time
seems to fly by.
The past year has flown by in a flash, and I think we've seen a rise in new
work styles, both in terms of "parallel careers" and "new ways of working," at companies and various events.

Nippon TV News Zero Special Program: "Why are companies that allow side jobs?"
(Enfactory's efforts to ban full-time work were aired)
・February 2016
Rohto Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.: Introduced a side job system for 1,500 employees in Japan
・March 2016:
Advisory Council proposes allowing company employees to have side jobs
And many more. Just a few ^^;
Currently, only about 3% of companies allow side jobs (※1), but
over 70% of people respond that they support the movement to promote side jobs (※2).
In this situation, just like in the previous article, I would like to introduce a service
that supports this new way of working, "parallel career," and that
really appeals to me!
