Changing the renewal date of a document submitted with “Completed” status.
What it's about: When you send a document for signature, you can schedule a date to be notified of the renewal. From now on, once the document is completed or signed by all parties, you can change this date whenever you need.

To access this feature, follow these steps:

“Sent” menu.
Locate the document you want to change the renewal date for.
On the “History” button, click on the drop down.
Choose the “Change Renewal” option.
Enter the new number of months after the Completion Date that the renewal process should begin.
Click Change.

What it's about: If you have scheduled the renewal of a document, as soon as the renewal deadline is reached, you can trigger the renewal and a new flow will be created with the same recipient settings.

The Platform automatically generates a new flow with all signatories from the previous flow.
Upload the file for renewal.
The new file is linked to the previous file(s), creating a document versioning.
Review the signatories.
