Many business centers have both several access turnstiles and many separate entrances for employees to the office. Also common are cases of using other people's passes or going through the turnstile without a card at all. As a result, this is reflected in the analysis of time accounting at the end of the month, and many data are lost or distorted. All this leads to unjustified fines, employees are forced to write memos with reasons for absence from the workplace, and their involvement in the work process decreases.
