To increase efficiency and keep your information updated in your e-commerce as well as in your ERP, it is necessary to have an integration between both systems.
At Riqra we already have an integration with the Odoo system. In this article we will tell you what it consists of and explain in detail how it works.
This integration will enable closed B2B stores to optimize their inventory management 99 acres database and ensure that stock data is updated in real time.
Preliminary considerations
Before starting the integration, it is important to take into account some prerequisites to ensure that everything works correctly.
Riqra Commerce supports Odoo version 15 , so we recommend checking the feasibility of this integration with other versions. Also, the current integration is based on the JSONRPC protocol.
Integrated modules
In this first phase of the integration, we have implemented two key modules:

Order integration (in progress)
Below, we will detail the operation and configuration of both modules.
Order Integration (In progress)
Order integration will also be available soon, making it easier to manage orders generated in Riqra and transfer them to Odoo.
It is important to note that order creation will only work for closed B2B stores at the moment . However, our development team is working hard to expand this functionality to cover other configurations in the future.
Initial setup
Before performing the integration, it is necessary to collect basic information about the connection to the Odoo service. The required data is listed below:
Host URL : Provide the URL to access Odoo, for example: `https://companyname.odoo.com`
Database Name : Enter the name of the company database, for example: `companyname`
User : Specify the user name with administrative privileges, for example: `admin`
API key or password : We recommend using the API key, available since Odoo version 14. This data is essential to establish the secure connection between Riqra Commerce and Odoo.

Stock Integration
Stock integration is one of the core features of this integration, and here we will explain how it works and how to configure it.
The goal of stock integration is to ensure that product inventory information is kept up to date between Odoo and Riqra Commerce . To do this, regular communication will be established between both systems.
In this initial phase, the synchronization of the general stock of a product from Odoo to the general warehouse of the store in Riqra Commerce is supported.
However, it is important to mention that the configuration for the source and destination warehouse is not yet enabled. Our development team is working to incorporate these options in future updates.
Initial setup
Once we have the prerequisites and the necessary information about the connection with Odoo, the next step is to configure the time interval for stock synchronization .
By default, this interval is set to one hour, but it is possible to review and adjust this value according to the specific needs of each company.
