By body language we mean the posture you have, the position of your arms, the way you gesture, etc. All these elements send signals and are much more persuasive than the words you accompany them with.

Think about it. You could tell someone that you are very angry right now, but do it while you are sitting placidly on the couch with your legs and arms open and relaxed. Would the person you are talking to believe you? Absolutely not.

Body language goes hand in hand with our emotions and what we want to communicate, but a good salesperson can learn to control this way of “speaking” to be even more convincing .

12. Simplify the sales process
The sales process is the path that leads your customer to closing the sale itself. For this reason, it must be taken care of in every detail.

You can't afford to lose the customer's interest along the way or fuel their objections. The steps that compose it, repeatable and valid, must be streamlined and at the same time optimized.
