Once your Facebook Shop is connected, you can make changes through Facebook Shop Settings:
When you click on that option, you will be redirected to the Facebook Commerce interface and you will be able to customize your store. When you are done customizing it, save your changes by clicking Publish Now (the blue button in the bottom right corner).
Sometimes you can click Publish Now after setting up your site in the Settings Menu and you won't see any changes. The Button may even be disabled. This is what can happen if you try to edit the page while it's still being reviewed by Facebook.
When you receive the approval email from Facebook, you'll see that all your products are in place, dynamically loaded from the Catalog you selected, like this:
So if you get to the end and it doesn't look like anything is changing, don't worry. Your store might still be under review.
