Success defines the first edition of the Elas em Foco Congress, promoted by the ACIL Women's Entrepreneur Council, which took place on November 17th, at Espaço Samsara, in Limeira.

The event, held just two days before World Female Entrepreneurship Day, celebrated on November 19th, brought together leading businesswomen from Limeira for a day filled with panels, lectures, experiences, and plenty of networking among participants. "It's a dream come true. Our advisors and the ACIL team worked hard to make this event possible, and we're thrilled to be a part of it all.

Before the panel program began, psychologist, mentor, and master coach Yeda Oswaldo gave an inspiring opening speech to prepare everyone for the marathon of content and experiences to come. Four panels followed, discussing the transformations and power of women in business.

“Women and Their Power of Transformation,” moderated by Carla Pizani, and featuring Adriana Flosi, Manu Tamaru, Marília Andriolli, Sarah Assumpção, and Simone Zaros, was the first panel of the day and addressed the transformations that are necessary or that happen naturally for women to see their potential as entrepreneurs , having the self-confidence necessary to take the first step toward success.

The second panel, "Women in Industry," moderated by Juliana Osti and featuring Greice Ciarrocchi, Manu Bonadiman, Valdenia Lima Borges, and Betti Peccinin, featured women who are present in the industrial sector and how they deal with the challenges of management in a world still dominated by men.
