How did the integration of Worksection take place?

Very convenient and fast. On Friday we decided to integrate Worksection, on the weekend we already transferred all the tasks we had in Excel to the task manager, and on Monday we started using it.

It is convenient that in Worksection you can transfer not each task separately, but you can create a group of tasks at once. Since we already had them structured in a certain way, we quickly transferred them to the system.



What do you like about working with Worksection?
First of all, it can be used as a simple functionality for tracking progress (deadlines) for tasks, as well as more complex functions: Gantt chart and Kanban boards.
The Gantt Chart is a convenient way to look at the lebanon mobile database project as a whole: we see the progress of tasks, the connections between them, and the overall timing of the project. This allows us to understand how a delay at any stage of the project affects all the deadlines of the project.


This is very important because we do not always understand what role a certain task plays in the overall timing. It is important that each person involved in the project has the full picture.

What I personally like about Worksection is that it is suitable for both small teams with a limited number of projects and large companies.

It is possible to scale and create as many projects as we need.
Now in Worksection everyone tracks information: the owner sees the full picture of all projects, employees see the overall picture of the projects in which they are involved.
