The Arquivar unit in Belém/PA is carrying out a major document management effort with the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy of the State of Acre – CREA/AC. There are approximately 708 thousand Technical Responsibility Notes (ARTs) and Technical Collection Certificates (CATs) that are undergoing the digitalization process. Through this initiative led by Arquivar Belém, it will be possible for CREA to achieve greater efficiency and reduce costs in its organization and administrative operations.
Document management continues to gain increasing recognition and importance for companies and organizations in all segments. Improving internal processes and introducing good management practices are seen bahamas mobile database as differentiators in optimizing results. This was the purpose of PRODAFIN – Program for Development and Improvement of Final Activities when implementing this project at CREA/AC. Document Management Services
Among the work already started at the beginning of January/18 and also planned for the course of the semester, we can mention:
identification of the Document Management methodology to be applied;
preparation of a simplified file plan and training of CREA/AC employees to begin work;
storage of documents to be organized according to the criteria present in the Terms of Reference and guidance from the CREA-AC contract inspector;
importing images into the GED system.
