Tip : make sure that you, as a provider of a service, are found well in Google. That is for almost every internetter the starting point of almost every search. It sounds like a fairly obligatory tip, but take it to heart anyway.

Design: the eye also wants something
The DeBaak website scores a 5.0 on design. Design is of course important in forming a first impression (with people, the first impression we get from each other is even particularly decisive in the course of further contact). The comments that the respondents gave in the explanation of the low score for design are not mild.

“Terribly messy presentation, not very relaxing, top 10 educations? Why? Who determined the top 10 (what is this about)?”

'Bad readability', 'messy', 'chaotic' and 'busy' are descriptions used by several respondents to describe the design of the DeBaak.nl website. Another respondent:

“The homepage is a bit confusingly structured.”

Tip: make sure you have a clear, modern and sleekly designed website that is easy to navigate. No bells and whistles. But a nice image, space for text, not too small letters and a navigation that is focused on people, not on designers. If the chocolate cookies are next to the lettuce in a regular store, consumers get a strange impression of the quality of your store, right?


There are several points on which SN.nl scores well.

Brand awareness
SN.nl not only scores well in Google, the company also has the advantage of solid market and brand awareness. Several respondents note that they have dealt with the company before. One of the respondents:

“Schouten en Nelissen is a renowned company panama phone data and I know them from courses that I or my employees have taken.”

Another respondent:

“I recognized the name Schouten and Nelissen and that evoked professionalism in me.”

When asked whether respondents would recommend this provider based on what they saw on the SN.nl website, one of the respondents replied:

“Not so much because of the website, but I would recommend Schouten and Nelissen because I have heard that they are good.”

This is of course a very comfortable position to be in as a provider of leadership training. Especially in times of social media where word-of-mouth advertising and word-of-mouth marketing have become extremely important, it is a great bonus that there are consumers who recommend your company regardless of what your website looks like.
