La América, an Argentine agency mom phone number data founded in December 2017 —when the English agency Mother sold the former Madre to its local partners—, announced the launch of its second operation, which has already begun operating in Mexico City. The brand new office will be led by its own founding partner and strategy director Alejandro Domínguez, who has just settled in the Mexican capital.

“We always work for other markets, that was part of the bet when we thought about La América,” said Domínguez. “Many times we were asked why we didn’t open in another country: I think we didn’t do it until now because we always thought of the agency more as a place we like to live than as a business. So, if we opened somewhere else, it had to be in a special place.”

A personal quest

According to the Argentine advertising professional, his personal desire to experience life outside of Argentina was combined with Mexico's current state of fervor, making it the most interesting destination to live and carry out the agency's commitment to expanding its know-how and way of working to the region.

“Mexico offers me the language, a culture that fascinates me, friends, girlfriends, and a lot of affection, and it seems to me that it also has many possibilities to work with depth and commitment, as I like,” he enthuses. “It is a country that is in the world spotlight for its cultural baggage, its opportunities in terms of investment, a privileged geographic location, the presence of top industries at a global level, and growth projections. But, above all, it is experiencing a moment of change and a super interesting social redefinition. I have been working for several years on issues of diversity and inclusion and I can see that the change that is coming here in this sense is of such magnitude that it will turn it not only into the number one hub in Latin America, but into a world power. Without a doubt, La América wants to be part of this and contribute its grain of sand to the construction of this new era of Mexico. Here I am, ready to give it my all.”
