Following two pitches managed by the Spanish consultancy Scopen, the creative agency Anónimo and the media agency Arena were awarded the contract to launch Banco Sabadell in Mexico, which became known with the piece La Incondicional : the title of the product refers to the fact that this is the name of a special account with specific promotions, since the protagonist of the piece is the actor and singer Diego Boneta, singer of the song that is called precisely that.
The Spanish bank is thus entering the personal banking segment in Mexico with a product that “guarantees security and simplicity” and allows Mexican users to “grow their money while keeping it 100 percent available for any eventuality.”
The chief marketing officer in charge of the bank's Mexican operations is local marketer Perla Urquijo, who has held her position since July 2023.
