From November 5 to 7, the Creator Business Congress became the epicenter for more than 4,000 people who followed it live, reaching an impressive figure of 25,000 total views. Santiago Tobón, Director of Entrepreneurial Talent Development at EAE Madrid, presented his project to an audience of a thousand people, highlighting how a solid structure is essential for visibility and success. Álex Rovira, a leader in the leadership and personal development sector, shared techniques to overcome impostor syndrome and align thoughts and actions: “Try to surprise. You only fall in love if you surprise and are able to generate admiration,” he said. Mauricio Duque, with more than 30 years in the digital industry, explained how to create digital products based on market needs. In turn, Bárbara Bruna, Director of the Brazilian Traffic Institute, revealed secrets of paid and organic traffic , and the steps to follow to grow in an orderly manner: “The first thing is to create an audience. The second is to create a product. From today you have to start building an audience so that they know your value proposition. Don’t start thinking about the sale.”

On the last day of the congress, the event focused on the business area, one of the main pillars of the Creator Economy. The importance of laying the right business foundations was discussed; participants learned that becoming professional in the industry is the necessary step to differentiate themselves and achieve their goals in a unique and competitive way. The day featured professionals such as Magda Teruel, Partner solution Architect Microsoft: How AI works and how to use it to your advantage, Isabel Prieto, expert in talent management, and Mauricio Benoist, expert in innovation and entrepreneurship, who shared his experience building a digital empire and wanted to send a motivating message: “You have to start to break down those ideas about not being enough or not being capable. You need a process, but your life will change if you start by eliminating those thoughts that hold you back.” Jokin Urraza, Director of Innovation and Digital Transformation of the Innovation Department of Grupo Planeta's Publishing Division, stressed at the end of the conference that “The Creator Economy is a huge opportunity for those who want to take a firm and professional step. All niches are susceptible to being a profitable digital business.”
