Based on my experience, the fundamental pillar of external communication is the generation of good content for the digital tools you manage . Interesting and well-crafted content can bring you good results and improve your external image. For internal communication, the most important thing is to integrate employees into what you do , try to make them feel involved in your work, and, above all, try to make them see communication as a tool to disseminate their work in the best possible way, and not as an additional task to the technical ones, although the latter is difficult to achieve.
