Although there are new trends and innovative tools like artificial intelligence that occasionally steal the spotlight, many competitive industries still tend to focus on SEO efforts . And beyond that, link building with PageRank.
The assumption is that accumulating a larger number of backlinks that pass on PageRank will ultimately increase the ranking and thus the traffic to the website.
However, following this strategy is often lawyer data dangerous due to the potential for Google Search violations. More importantly, it almost always distracts from much more sustainable ways to grow organic traffic to Bing and Google.
