How to Link Everything in One System

A truly effective B2B sales funnel is rarely limited to chinese overseas africa database one channel. It is much more productive to link everything into one system:

The beginning of the journey : a potential client downloads a white paper from your website, leaving an email. A series of letters with cases and an offer to schedule a call is immediately launched.
Intermediate stage : if the client views the materials, the system records the activity, then the robot calls the lead, offering additional consultation or a demo.
SMS reminders : if a client has a meeting with a manager or a webinar is scheduled, an SMS will remind him a day or an hour in advance so that he does not miss an important event.
Transition to “live” negotiations : when the client has already been “warmed up”, the manager connects to a personal call, where the details of the deal are discussed.
Case: franchises + B2B + medicine

Let's imagine that a company sells franchises of dental clinics. This is an expensive purchase (it requires a budget, premises, licenses), which means that the transaction cycle can last from 3 to 6 months.

Email : A series of informational letters is launched immediately after the potential franchisee has downloaded the presentation. The first letter: “About the company”, the second: “Our successful clinics”, the third: “Profitability calculation”, the fourth: “How to open a point”.
Calls : Auto-call a week after the second letter. The robot asks: "Are you interested in learning more about financial models? Press 1 - we will connect you with a manager."
SMS : The day before the webinar “How to open a dental clinic under a franchise”, the system sends out a short message: “We remind you that the webinar is tomorrow at 11:00, don’t miss it!”
Thus, each channel performs its task. It makes no sense to send a potential partner one newsletter via an email funnel, expecting that they will make a decision based on the text alone. But reminding them with a call every 3 days is also too intrusive. And sometimes you only need a short SMS so that they don’t forget about the call plan.
