The extension action aimed to mobilize academic and practical knowledge from the world of work, seeking to help residents of the Vila Maringá Community in the city of Santa Maria/RS who aim to enter the world of work, but have not yet started.
According to the Academic Director of the Faculty, Professor Thiago Kader: “Extension activities seek to promote the sharing of knowledge and practices involving students at the SOBRESP Faculty, placing them in front of real problems and collaborating in local development.”
During the activity, students showed interest in contributing to the community, sharing the knowledge acquired in class and their experience in the world of work. Two infographics were created collaboratively.
In the first infographic called “Job Market. What Now?”, students organized mobile phone number data updated 2025 tips that seek to reflect on their knowledge and skills, so that they can achieve self-knowledge and identify the right vacancy for their profile.
The second infographic, “How to Write a Curriculum Vitae”, was carefully prepared by the class with guidelines on the information that should be included in the document, as well as tips for this important moment in professional life.
The following students participated in the action:
The extension activity was led by Prof. Dr. Damiana Machado de Almeida, professor of the Administration course at Faculdade Sobresp, who highlights: “Teaching is a constant challenge, we are always promoting classes and activities that integrate theory and practice, preparing our students from the first semester to develop an active profile, who knows the current demands and is capable of entering the job market”.
Extension activities will continue in the next semester, where workshops will be held to prepare for the job market.
