How we work with Worksection

Project management
So far, we have created one project in Worksection. In the future, we will add other projects from SocialBoost — the organization that launched 1991 Civic Tech Center, Dosvit, ReDonbass, 1991 Open Data Incubator.

The project is divided into four root tasks, each of which has a responsible person:
events;
office provision;
legal issues;
marketing.
We work in subtasks and checklists. The person responsible for the root task controls the work in subtasks.




Task Management
When we plan a new event, we copy a similar task. Then cyprus mobile database we change the name, deadlines and description. This saves a lot of time for companies that work with typical tasks.

When creating a task, we use all the "tricks" of the built-in editor. It is convenient to put hyperlinks, attach files, explain the task through checklists and numbered lists.



Communication
Tasks are often worked on by several people. In this case, we tag them so that personal notifications come. The most favorite thing is to put emoticons to quickly respond to comments. By the way, add more emoticons. You don't mind, do you? :)

Time tracking
I enter time spent into tasks myself. I don't use a time tracker because I quickly switch between tasks. Employees use a time tracker only for long-term tasks - for example, if they need to write an article.



Tags
We use the following tags:
“ urgent” is the most common tag in the reality of our project;
" in progress" — for a task in standby mode. This is a deferred task with separate start and finish dates.
" in progress" - for a task that the employee is already working on.
In the future, I would like to be able to assign several people responsible for a task. For now, I solve this problem by putting tags with the names of the necessary people in the task description.
