Set targets and goals for each KPI

Post by metoc15411 »

Goal 1 — Increase revenue by 10% in the next quarter. KPIs could be
daily revenue , conversion rate , and traffic numbers .

Goal 2 — Increase the conversion rate by 2% next year.
The KPIs will be the conversion rate and the abandonment rate from the cart screen .

Goal 3 — Increase site traffic by 20% in the next year.
KPIs will be traffic , number of referring sites , CTR , number of social media referrals , and bounce rate .

Goal 4 — Reduce the number of customer calls india mobile database or emails in the next 6 months.
The KPI is the number of customer calls .
The goal specified here and the KPIs presented to get closer to it are just examples.

You will notice that it is easy to check each KPI set for each goal. All of these KPIs are numbers that can be measured with Google Analytics . Each KPI is a number that shows the progress towards achieving the goal. For example, goal 4 is to reduce inquiries, which makes sense. By the time goal 3 is achieved, the number of inquiries will naturally decrease. This is because a site with improved site navigation, conversion rate, and bounce rate is easier for users to view, and it is an e-commerce site that organizes the information users want to know, rather than a confusing and cluttered site.

We have introduced the KPIs for achieving Goal 4 above, but there are actually more. Below are some indicators that are generally used to measure the performance of an EC site. However, the performance indicators below are not all-inclusive.
