If you have included email addresses in the CC, make sure to include that in the address line as well. For internal emails, it is fine to use "CC: Director △△, Mr. △△", and for external emails, it is fine to use "CC: Director XX, Mr. XX".

When there are multiple CC addresses for external emails from your own company and other companies, you should clearly state the company names and list them in the order "CC: Director XX, our company △△." Even when CC'ing, it is good etiquette to write in order of job title.

Do not include the names of people you have BCC'd
BCC is a method of sending emails without revealing the CC email spain mobile database address to anyone other than the sender. The recipient of the email does not know the BCC address, so it is not included in the recipient's name.

If you make a mistake, you will give personal information to people who should not be given it. Especially in external emails, it can lead to losing credibility, so be careful when using both CC and BCC.

How to use CC and BCC and points to note
Here we will explain CC and BCC again. Please refer to the following to understand how to use them properly.

CC (Carbon Copy) BCC (Blind Carbon Copy)
Opponent and purpose People who don't need a reply but would like to see your email I want to send an email with my email address hidden
Address Verification Anyone can do it Only senders you have specified as BCC
reply Replying is possible but not necessary Not required
For example, if you want to share a meeting with a client with all the relevant parties, you would put the relevant parties in the CC field. On the other hand, if you want to share email correspondence with a client within the company, it would be better to put people who are not directly involved in the correspondence in the BCC field.
