Now that you’re all set, let’s get down to business: managing that sales pipeline.

While we've mostly talked about building the sales pipeline itself, actually managing that pipeline requires a bit more than just this overview.

Now let's look at what you'll need to exceed your sales goals.

Working with a clear task system
Every prospect has unique needs, wants, and deadlines. Each of them wants to feel special and cared for, like they’re the only prospect you have.

A simple and clear task system can solve all of this.

Two essential rules:

Send you notifications (on your computer and phone) when you need to do something.
