Summer is coming and with it the season of big summer events. Obviously we couldn't miss the opportunity to participate in the first event of the season dedicated to marketing: the Web Marketing Festival . So here we are, ready to spend this beginning of summer in Rimini, as Premium Sponsor of one of the biggest events in Italy dedicated to digital marketing.

Our Free Workshop
Among the novelties of this year we are very happy to present our Workshop, entirely offered by us. The only Workshop included for free with the event ticket, for all participants. I will be holding the Workshop, focused on a marketing topic that has been much discussed in recent months: Customer Centricity.
Although companies have always strived to put customers at the center and luxembourg mobile database develop strategies that meet their needs, many studies have shown that, in reality, very few companies are able to develop customer-centric strategies. In recent years, a new approach called Customer Journey has become widespread, based on the analysis of the mental path that the customer takes from the onset of a need to the purchase and post-purchase. In my 90-minute Workshop, we will analyze the most successful cases, such as Amazon Key and Disney Magic Band, and we will try to apply this approach to our own business. It doesn't matter whether you are a freelancer or a company manager, the application of the Customer Journey is possible at all levels and in all sectors.

WMF is an event with a unique format. Three days of exhibition and training with dozens of events (over 50 this year), hundreds of speakers, over 300 companies and much more.
