The counterargument is often heard: “Yes, he is inconsistent, disorganized, insolvent, but look how much work he has!”
Indeed, many continue to behave unprofessionally out of ignorance, laziness, or stupidity, believing that they will retain their clientele.
They do not realize that this is happening until the client meets a more proper professional!
I remember a client of mine who had a grumpy, dirty, and sloppy painter for years. She believed that everyone was like that, so she gritted her teeth and put up with him.
Until I introduced her to the one I worked with, who was the exact opposite: greece mobile database consistent, kind, and very personable, spotlessly clean, and a very good craftsman.
Guess who she now assigns jobs to and who she recommends to friends and acquaintances.
The truth is that our clients are our mirror , in line with the saying “tell me who your friend is, and I’ll tell you who you are”.
No bad professional has loyal, quality clients for life!
The client (should be) our best partner and we should treat them as such.
So if you’re complaining about your bad, crooked and upside-down clients, while you’re not at the beginning of your career, look in the mirror.
Maybe you need to correct your behavior so that quality clients – but above all, the right people – start trusting you!
Bad behavior drives away customers
