Even a brilliant sales copy can really throw out unnecessary jargon . A few embarrassing mistakes are enough to bring out the inner "grammar nazi" in every other Czech. Even in today's linguistically degraded society, many people still see this and are easily put off by it. Such a copy looks amateurish and gives the impression that you don't really care about your clients.

Therefore, be careful not to let your texts be marred by typos and grammatical errors. It is better to read everything three times in a row , ideally with some time between each one. And the best thing is to have someone else read the text before publishing it. Author blindness is… well, that’s it. If you don’t feel completely confident in your writing, there is no shame in hiring a professional proofreader.

But be careful, writing at a high level of language does not necessarily mean that it has to look like the aforementioned official letter! Feel free to be informal and relaxed and use "folk" elements in your texts. However, do not forget that the style of all your texts needs to match together and be tailored to your target group.

4. Clarify your goal
What do you want to achieve with your text? What do you want the reader to do after reading it? Be spain phone number data sure to clarify this before you even start writing. And keep this goal in mind as you write.

At the same time, 1 text = 1 goal . Once you have gained the reader's attention, you should not break it and throw XY things at him in one text. Do you think he will choose for himself whether to share your article on a social network, click through to buy your product or take advantage of a free consultation? Or that he will even do everything together and preferably right away? No way. He will rather get lost in the avalanche of options and end up doing nothing at all.

So focus on one goal and ideally tell your readers straight away what they should do after reading it. Don't let them think about it unnecessarily!

5. Write for the client
Nobody cares about cold, robotic texts extolling how perfect you are. Sure, you're a serious businessman, but what if you didn't take yourself so seriously? Do you think your client wants to read corny phrases like from a school poetry book?

Be more relaxed , add a bit of humor , and engage your emotions . Write as if you were having a coffee with your potential client. Put yourself in their shoes, imagine what they are going through. What problem do they need to solve? And how can you help them?

In short: focus much less on yourself and much more on your reader and what they came to you looking for. Try to imagine your typical client as specifically as possible , empathize with them and tailor the text to them. Friendly, relaxed, human.
