Relevant content displayed in a different way

The new generations have lost a lot of confidence in the old media . A distrust that, due to the continuous exposure and abundance of information, has been fueled by the development of a “detector” of news that is not of interest to readers. This aspect causes users, especially young people , to trust other types of media . Media and channels that tell the truth in a different way and adapted to the times and that place more emphasis on culture and roots.

These days, with the Spanish Government being debated in Parliament, trends on social media have made it clear that the boredom of 'the same old thing, told the same old thing' is no longer of interest. Only anecdotal stories told in a different way attract attention .

The demographic of those of us in our early twenties today has lithuania phone number list grown up in an environment characterized by two things:

The information crisis : fueled by readers' loss of confidence in traditional publications.
The liberalization of sources : fueled by the Internet, social media and increasing global bandwidth.
There are many new media outlets that have emerged in recent years, mainly fueled by social media traffic, seeking to continuously capture attention and curiosity . They have played with the news, and have known how to choose which ones interest the new generations to hook us on their networks and make us unable to live without telling a friend: “ Hey, have you seen the report about the guy who snuck into North Korea to film what life is like there? And we love it. We are fascinated by the unknown , that which no one talks about. We want to be informed all day long, but not about political, economic or agricultural news told in the usual way. None of that. What we like is a different current affairs. News told with a protagonist, from the inside . Old journalism in the new style.

I'm talking about media like Vice , Playground , Disorder , Buzzfeed or Upworthy , among many others. Media that have managed to capture the attention of millions of young and not so young people around the world in an incredible way. And it's not such a groundbreaking trend, since The Huffington Post already paved the way a few years ago. So much so, that there have already been high-profile falls like the now defunct and pioneer in digital media Gawker .
