This block defines the different groups of people or organizations that your project aims to reach. Some questions can help the manager define its content.

Does your audience have a specific profile?
How are they grouped?
Where is your audience located?
Is there a common need among the target audience?
Other questions that fit your project and focus on shaping your target audience are asked at this point. Typically, a business model may have one or more target segments.

Value Proposition
Here the manager must define his product or service, in facebook data addition to listing the value it will have for his customers/associates. Answer these questions:

Why would someone buy your service/product?
What does your project deliver to the public?
Does your project solve a problem for the target audience?
What are you satisfying in the other?
What products and services does your project offer?
It is important to emphasize that the value proposition is the reason why customers/associates will choose your project and not that of a competitor. Remember that a value proposition must be innovative.

Channels
Once you have identified who the client/partner is and what will be delivered (value), you need to define how this will be done. The project's points of contact with its target audience should be inserted in the channels block. Basically, the project's communication, distribution and sales channels .

Customer relationship
This block should map and define how your project will be known. Marketing, communication models, ways of contacting the target audience; everything should be included in this item, as it is important for the manager to know how his idea and products will reach the target audience. We have already discussed in other texts the importance of well-done communication so that your project reaches more people. In this block, you can see that the initial structuring of a communication plan is important and gains basic importance for the Canvas.

Revenue
The source of income represents money. It is what will sustain your project (after all, a project doesn't just come from dreams). Define how and how much you will be paid for your products and services. Depending on the business model, it may have one or more sources of income. In the case of unions and associations, add here the possible and planned forms of income, such as courses, events and others.

Key Resources
In this block, the manager must list the resources needed to carry out the project. What actions must be carried out, how many employees and which ones are needed; include here essential resources to get your project underway, whether they are physical (location/rent), financial, intellectual and/or human.

Main Activities
The manager and team must list the actions required to carry out the project. Customer acquisition, administrative routines; essential activities to create and offer a Value Proposition, how to reach markets, how to maintain Customer Relations; obtaining income.

Key Partnerships
In this block, the manager should list the project's key partnerships. These partnerships are made up of the network of suppliers and partners that will help keep the business model running.

For unions and associations, this is the time to list potential benefits that may impact revenue through services. Remember that this partnership directly impacts revenue and key resources.

Cost Structure
Start by asking yourself:

What are the most expensive key resources and core activities?
The answer to these questions will guide the inclusion of items in this block. The cost structure needs to describe the main costs involved in the intended business model for this project. The main resources, channels, customer relationships, revenue sources; everything, whether they are variable or fixed costs.
