Typically, a person will give an opinion based on the knowledge and experience they have . If that person has studied and studied a certain field, or perhaps has experience in a certain field, then I think it would be good for us to listen to them and take their opinion. But there are also individuals out there who have little knowledge and no experience, but are eager to give opinions, comments and reviews on certain matters.

We live in a democratic country. However, one cannot force others to accept one's opinion, and we can have different opinions on certain matters. In expressing an opinion, we also need to see what arguments support that opinion. An opinion without arguments is just empty chatter, just to fill time.
