Incoming call forwarding is an effective and always relevant service for business owners and company employees.

Let's say a client calls the office, but none of the managers can pick up the phone and give the contact feedback. In this case, the PBX will forward the call to a connected device that is currently available - that is, to another manager who will consult the client in the absence of a colleague.

There are different types of PBX:

Internal - the equipment that provides redirection, and japan b2b leads all data on processes is located inside the company, maintenance of such a system requires good specialists and considerable costs;
External - the call forwarding function is provided by third-party operators, so, as a rule, they require an additional commission in accordance with their tariff;
Virtual - or IP telephony, which works not via wires, but via the Internet, therefore does not require the installation of bulky equipment anywhere, and to connect the connection you only need to pay a subscription fee.
