The Board of Mayor and Aldermen aims to improve the supervision of building permits ( need /business goal). The municipality explains how this works ( plan /channel strategy) on a page on the website ( action /unique content). The question is what this yields ( experience /return), if the results are measured:
the use of the site and
the decrease or increase in the number of illegal buildings.
Each outgoing arrow when measuring effect therefore represents a different measurement.
Interaction target group + interaction organization = relationship
Time to superimpose both interactions. I want a carport and therefore an answer to the question "what about those rules?" The municipality of Juinen wants less hassle about illegal constructions.
What happens when we put both interactions on top of each other? There is no overlap. There is overlap in channel, but not in interaction. That is due to the missing magic word "license". If I had used that in my search query, I would probably have been an experience richer instead of an illusion poorer.
