At the same time, according to surveys, they most often turn to the same establishment where they have already been at least once, and they liked everything. If the experience was unsuccessful, they look for a new one, focusing on the criteria that are important to them.

We assumed that visitors in most cases are not looking for the best place, but would be happy with a discount. And they would be even happier if someone did the dirty work of finding a place before the event for them, if they were satisfied with the result, of course.

Fortunately, the restaurant administration kept zalo database a database of clients who had ever booked a table and noted their birthdays in it. Since a fairly large restaurant approached us, it managed to collect a database of at least 5,000 items. To work with it, we implemented a Voice Robot.

The robot is synchronized with the database and automatically calls visitors 5-7 days before the birthday, as well as before official holidays. It greets the guest on behalf of the restaurant and invites them to hold an event in their establishment, offering a birthday discount - 15% on the entire menu. If the guest agrees, the robot immediately enters the reservation into the database.

At the same time, the Voice Robot talks to the client using dialogue scripts. Our customer wrote down typical questions from visitors and optimal answers to them, and we programmed the robot to conduct a dialogue using these answers.
