Get to know the statistics of your SMS campaigns

A good analysis of our campaigns is essential for our marketing strategy to be effective in meeting the established objectives.

Thanks to our reporting section, Mensagia offers you extensive information on the SMS campaigns carried out, you can view the results of your campaign and analyse the behaviour of the impacted contacts.

Below we detail how to obtain the reports of a campaign:

In a simple way, you will only have to follow the following steps:

Step 1 > Select the campaign of interest.

Step 1.1 > We will go to the SMS > Campaigns section (here all the campaigns carried out will appear listed)

Step 1.2 > In the line of the campaign of interest, select in the Options drop-down > Campaign report

Once inside, the following information will appear:

General information : where the campaign configuration data is listed. You will be able to view the following information: campaign name, selected agenda, cost, campaign status, sending day/time and unsubscriptions (in this last section, if we select > View details, it will offer us more information about the unsubscriptions provided that yemen business email list we have included the link to the unsubscription form in our campaign).
Messages sent : this section details the countries of delivery, the number of recipients, the number of SMS per recipient, price/SMS and the total cost of the Campaign.
Delivery notifications : the notification statuses are detailed both in percentages and numerically. If we want more detailed information, we must select > View details. Once inside this section, a list of delivery notifications will appear and here we can view the detailed information contact by contact.

It also allows us to use the list search engine to enter the phone number and go directly to the desired contact.
On the other hand, from the Options drop-down menu, we can export the list of notifications, as well as create an address book from the selected list of notifications (since we can select to show all notifications or a specific status) and we can also delete contacts from the address books that are in the selected list of notifications.
Links : If we have included a link generated with Mensagia in the SMS text, whether it is a shortened link, a landing page or a form, here you will see a summary of the unique openings, total openings and opening rate. By clicking on the “View details” button we will obtain the extended and detailed statistics.
Once inside the link statistics page, if we click on “Total openings”, we can see the number of people who clicked on the link, the date of the first opening and the total number of openings with the possibility of exporting this opening report to a .xlsx or .csv file, and also being able to add custom fields for the contact to the report you export.
If we click on “Total clicks” we will obtain information on the clicks generated on the links that are in the link included in the SMS text. In this case we will obtain the extended information on the clickers, the clicks generated on the different links, the total clicks and the CTR of the different links.
From the main link statistics page, we can also see the time elapsed from receiving the SMS to the first click and the openings by platform, by browser and by country. We can also export to .csv or .xlsx and create an agenda with the recipients who did/did not visit the link.
These tools allow us to differentiate user behavior in a specific campaign and can help us reinforce the action and carry out another segmented campaign depending on whether the user is interested or not.
