Even if we have a correct employee recruitment procedure, it is likely that we will not discover the true profile of the workers until some time has passed since they joined the company, as this is when we will be able to carry out an analysis based on their real behaviour and attitudes.
This is when we can identify those toxic workers who are really harming the company. This behavior can sometimes come as a response to poor leadership or as a reflection of a particular personality, but in any case it is an effect that every company should avoid .
The bad boss
Bad leadership is capable of invoking toxic employees , but it can be the most toxic component of an organization. A boss who cuts off outstanding heads, who does not recognize a job well done, who puts his ego before the group benefit, who does not know how to delegate, who does not control or does so excessively... a bad boss can be a time bomb .
A boss is not a machine, but a cog or perhaps the fuel . He should not act as the main entity, but as the manager and the driver who leads a team to a certain result. Without good leadership, the company gets out of control .
Rebel without a cause

In other words, employees must act with respect to others and with the common good in mind as part of their own . It is irresponsible to consider that individual attitude has no effect on the group.

It is important to know the origin of this behaviour, in case there are underlying reasons, although some workers may be very inelastic. This means that instead of adapting to the way a company works, they prefer to mould it to their own way .
When the unequivocal instructions of management are broken, we are talking about something that totally escapes what a company's scheme should be. An organization can and should listen to proposals , but the worker cannot act like a rebel without a cause, failing to fulfill his work obligations and harming the whole.
