Before you start your campaign, create an offline event set in Event Manager.



And you need to tether them to your ad account.



Then, during the campaign, you upload interaction data from your brick-and-mortar locations into Events Manager.



If you want to further automate your process, you can also upload your offline conversion data directly using our Offline Conversions API or a partner integration.



Once your data upload is complete, you'll be able to see how many offline conversions were attributed to people who viewed or clicked on your ads.

When you upload interaction data to an offline event set, it is matched against active ad campaigns that are assigned to the offline event set.



From Ads Manager, you can see which events are attributed to people who viewed or clicked on your Facebook ads.

To see the offline conversion performance of your Facebook ads, use Ads Manager.



First, open Ads Manager.

Then select "Columns" and click "Offline Conversions."

Here, the offline conversion report will be displayed, so let's take a look.



You can also customize your results dashboard.

If you want to customize it,



Select [Column: Offline Conversions] → Select [Customize Columns...] from the drop-down menu.



Select the columns you want to view and set the attribution window to 28 days after click or 1 day after view .



If you want to save this selection as a preset for future use, select the Save as preset checkbox and enter a name for the preset.



Select Apply when you're ready .

This will show you the results of your offline conversions.
