1. Completely unaware
A completely unaware customer is often the most challenging customer group of all, who does not yet recognize their own problem, let alone know that your company's product or service could solve it.
On Pinterest, users are often already aware of their problem or need, meaning there are fewer completely unaware users compared to, for example, Meta's channels.
2. Problem-aware

This is one of the most significant target groups on Pinterest, where people come looking for a solution or more inspiration for a problem or idea they already have and are aware of.
3. Result-oriented
A result-oriented customer already knows what they want and how to achieve it.
A result-oriented customer must therefore be taught and enlightened about why your company would serve them best and help them achieve the desired outcome.
